How do I scan a document?

Open the app and tap "Scan document" from the Quick Actions bar. Point your camera at the document — the app automatically detects edges. Tap the shutter or let it auto-capture. Review and save your scan as a PDF.

How do I add my signature to a PDF?

Open the document, tap the Sign tool in the toolbar, draw your signature with your finger, and tap Done. Drag and resize the signature to position it correctly. Save and share.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through Apple. Go to Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on your iPhone, find PDF Editor, and tap Cancel Subscription. You must cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.

Are my documents stored in the cloud?

No. All documents are stored locally on your device. We never upload or access your files. Your privacy is protected — only you have access to your documents.

How do I convert a photo to PDF?

Tap "Import photo" from the Quick Actions bar, select your image(s), and the app will convert them to a PDF automatically. You can combine multiple images into one PDF file.

How do I share a document?

Open the document and tap the Share icon. You can send via email, Messages, WhatsApp, AirDrop, or save to Files / iCloud Drive. PDF Editor supports all standard iOS sharing options.

I have a subscription issue or was charged unexpectedly. What do I do?

All billing is handled by Apple. For refund requests or billing disputes, please visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For other questions, contact us at support@pdf-editor.website.
